Shirley was introduce to Pilates in 2004, when she went to a Personal Training seminar. Now holds a Pilates Certification in Mat, Reformer, and Tower with Balance Body 2008.
Through Pilates, Shirley is delighted to find her passion, and opportunity to help others to improve their Strength, Body awareness, and Well-being. Shirley loves working with clients of all ages. Helping to achieve their personal health and fitness goals. She especially enjoys working with people who like challenge themselves using Pilates or any Fitness exercises to improve their Strength, Flexibility, and Endurance.
